Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,099. For orders below ₹1,099, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location, PIN code and courier partner.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or return my order?
Return or exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery, wherever applicable. Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.
A ₹100 return handling charge applies to approved returns. If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If a product is not eligible for return or exchange, this will be clearly mentioned on its product page.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
COD is available on orders above ₹999, subject to eligible PIN codes and courier partner availability. Any applicable COD handling charge will be shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you. You can use these details to track your shipment with our courier partner.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
