Exchange & Return Policy

At Jaipur Karigari, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packed. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return or exchange requests can be made within 7 days of delivery, wherever applicable.
• Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed.
• Return and exchange availability may depend on the services available for your delivery PIN code and our courier partners.
• If a particular product is not eligible for return or exchange, this will be clearly mentioned on the respective product page before purchase.

Return Handling Charge

A ₹100 return handling charge will be applicable on approved returns and will be adjusted from the refund amount.

No return handling charge will be applicable if the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect, subject to verification.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be initiated within 4–5 business days.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

A Note on Handcrafted Products

Our products are handcrafted, and each piece carries its own character. Slight variations in colour, print, texture or finish may occur and are a natural part of the handmade process. These variations are not considered defects.
