Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after the order is placed.

During sales, festive periods or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are delivered through our courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, PIN code and courier service availability.

Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, holidays, courier delays or other unforeseen situations.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available on eligible orders and PIN codes, subject to courier partner availability.

COD availability is determined at the time of checkout.

A COD handling charge, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

COD orders may be subject to confirmation before dispatch.

Repeated refusal, cancellation or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future orders.
